couldn't agree more. The whole civil rights movement in this country
was based on the notion that color was NOT a relevant characteristic
when it came to deciding who could vote, who could go to which
schools, who would be hired and fired, who could sit on juries, and on
and on. Some things are just not relevant when it comes to justice.
