Remember, I'll only agree that public employers and state schools were wrong to discriminate against blacks because of color.

I still say that you should make a distinction between PUBLIC and PRIVATE employers and schools.

Think about it for a minute. You are equating HARM and INJUSTICE. But injustice is a special kind of harm that violates people's rights. None of you have even attempted to prove that private employers violated the rights of blacks back in, say, 1950, when they discriminated against them. You're just assuming that it is true.
