Consider this example: Let's say that in 1950 a group of black people in a southern town decided to boycott white store owners. They might do this in order to help a black store owner or because the white owners wouldn't hire blacks. The reason doesn't matter.

Now in a case like this the white store owner is harmed. He will certainly lose money. He might even be driven out of business. But for all that we do NOT say that the black people of the town are wrong to do what they are doing. Nor do we say that they are violating his rights.

The point is that we cannot equate harm and injustice. There's a missing piece in your argument and I don't think you can provide it.
