What you're saying might be true, but let's be tough minded about this. You are essentially claiming that blacks and women are somehow better at managing a diverse labor force than white males.

Maybe so, but do you really have any reason to believe it? I doubt that you do. And if you don't, then you should put forward your claim as a hypothesis, not a fact.

One of the problems with the arguments about diversity is that all kinds of factual claims are made (about management, efficiency, role models, intellectual affirmation, and so on) but there is seldom any evidence put forward to support those claims. A lot of it may be wishful thinking.
