We are creating a situation in which EVERYONE feels unjustly treated.

Whites feel that blacks are favored. Blacks feel that whites are favored. The result is terrible for society as a whole. By utilitarian standards, it's a disaster. And it's politically explosive.

The solution is to develop the notion that we are all Americans with the SAME rights and responsibilities. Judge people by their character and their achievements, not their color or their sex or their national origin.
