But in the case of property, the children have something that was stolen from A. That's not the case with our job applicants.

When a young black applicant and a young white applicant are competing for the same job, the white applicant doesn't have something that once belonged to the black applicant's parents. He may have a better education, but he didn't get that from anyone else. There is nothing he can return.

The whole analogy is being stretched way too far. It doesn't apply.
