You seem to think that if employers do something that you dislike, there is only one way to change the situation; namely, bring in the government to regulate it.

But there are market forces, social pressure, persuasion, strikes, boycotts, unions, and lots of other ways to change people's behavior. These are all means that can be used to end the discrimination you oppose.

Why do you want to bring in the state? Have you forgotten that it was the state that created slavery and Jim Crow?
