If you want to argue that a certain kind of discrimination is unjust when it is done by private employers, then you have to give us some background theory about rights and government.

You should give us your theory of individual rights, including property rights. Once we have a theory of rights we can say why certain kinds of discrimination are just or unjust.

This should also help us to distinguish in a PRINCIPLED way between those actions that should be prohibited by government and those that should not be. But you guys haven't done any of these things.
