You're saying that discrimination is common even where it is not intended. I tell you honestly, I'm not sure what that means. How can a person discriminate if he or she doesn't intend to discriminate?
Aside from that, you're ignoring the educational problem that I think is at the root of low black incomes and high black unemployment.
The companies I know about look for well educated black employees and can't find them!
