There are other ways to found property rights that are somewhat different from yours. Some Christians view property rights as a form of stewardship limited by God's law. You will find that view supported by many Catholic philosophers. A utilitarian can found property rights on their long run utility. David Hume and John Stuart Mill argued for that view. Someone else might agree with John Rawls that property is founded on the decisions that rational people would make if they did not know their future position in society.

But in all these cases property is limited in more ways than libertarians like yourself will allow.
