I don't think you can justify the strong natural property rights you want. I agree with you that there are natural rights in the sense that there are things that it is wrong for people to do to each other no matter what the law says and things that it is wrong for governments to do to people no matter how powerful they are.

I also agree that individuals have enormous value and that moral rights are a way to protect them from harm and allow them to plan and carry out their own lives. But I don't see how any of that justifies the kind of property rights you believe in. Your system of rights is simple and elegant, but it lacks solid foundations. You glorify "freedom of contract" and "freedom from interference" when it is harmful to the least powerful people.
