I don't want to be negative, but I don't see how a question like that can be answered in any useful way. 

We see in society all the time that what one group thinks it is due is quite different from what others think. Or what one group thinks others are due is quite different from what the other group thinks. Not so long ago whites in the US thought blacks were due much less than whites.

I'm not sure there is any way to answer this sort of question. What we can do is work through our political process to answer it. But in the abstract? I'm not sure there is an answer.
