If relevance is a moral question, it seems like we're not getting very far here. We're not getting to a more solid foundation for the idea that we should treat equal cases equally or for what is relevant to deciding which cases are equal.

If there is no method for deciding what's relevant, we might as well not talk about treating equal cases equally.
