I don't think we should equate justice with whatever is morally good. After all, lots of things are good that have nothing to do with justice as we ordinarily use the word.

For example, it may be morally wrong or bad for a child to tell a lie, but no one ever says that the child is unjust when she does so. It may be good to give to the poor, but we never describe someone as just because he gives to the poor.

We seem to be dealing with two different sets of concepts here:
