Rawls and Foundations

You may be right about Rawls. He does rely on a hypothetical contract instead of theology or conceptual analysis to provide the foundations of justice.

But I'm not so sure he's correct in doing so. I still hold out the possibility of grounding ethics in general and justice in particular at least partially in theology.
