OK. The principle of utility has problems. I admit it. But a lot of the criticisms are off the mark.

Still, I admit that it might be interesting to think of supplementing the principle of utility with other principles. I don't know whether I would ultimately agree to that, but it's worth thinking about. 

But I also want to say that Dee should also be open to it. It may be that individual rights do not exhaust the principles of justice either.
