Property Rights

Your second argument depends on empirical claims. Frankly, I think there are lots of countries where property rights have become weaker in the last 75 years and other individual rights have become stronger at the same time. That's exactly what has happened in the United States. It shows that the other rights don't depend on strong property rights as you suggest.

As a matter of fact, I think some people would make an argument that is just the opposite of the one you make. Libertarian property rights may well lead to great inequality in the distribution of wealth and income. That inequality increases the effective liberty to the people with great wealth and reduces the effective liberty of the people with very little. Everyone's formal liberty may be equal, but the effective liberty goes to those with great wealth. You're simply ignoring the problem.
