I agree with you Malik, but you had better think about what you are saying. If your cousin has the right to hire you because you are in the family, then why can't he hire someone else because of their color?

I think he can hire someone because of family or color or whatever he wants. But you have a problem, don't you? You have to explain why he can hire on the basis of family but NOT on the basis of color.
