I would like to add, Dee, that I disagree with your definition of justice.
You reduce justice entirely to observing what you call natural rights, and chief among your rights is a broad right to property. According to your definition, the distribution of wealth and income is irrelevant.
I believe, first of all, that you cannot provide a solid philosophical foundation for your system of natural rights. Secondly, I believe that history is so full of violence and deception that by your own standards the present distribution of wealth is hopelessly unjust. Finally, I believe that justice must include the idea that people have a right to a fair share of the wealth produced in their society.
