You have to be much more specific when you make this sort of argument.
You can throw out statistics about blacks in various occupations, but that doesn't necessarily justify strong affirmative action when hiring people or admitting people to schools.
I admit that blacks have been concentrated in low status, low skilled jobs. It's true even today. But that is an educational problem. The proper conclusion is that blacks need much better basic education, not job preferences.
