A Right of Privacy

The Constitution speaks of rights and persons, but does not use the word 'privacy' and does not refer explicitly to persons who are not yet born. Is there a right of privacy? If so, what does it include, what is its basis in the Constitution, and what does it have to do with pregnancy? Here are two definitions of privacy:

An act or decision is private if it affects no one except the person who acts or decides, or if the impact on others is trivial. An act or decision is private if one person has a right to perform the act or make the decision in spite of the impact on others.

Are there other possibilities? How would you define it? How do these definitions apply to the Constitution and abortion?
