The Constitution speaks of rights and persons, but does not use the word 'privacy' and does not refer explicitly to persons who are not yet born. Is there a right of privacy? If so, what does it include, what is its basis in the Constitution, and what does it have to do with pregnancy? Here are two definitions of privacy:
